Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through implementation.
• Partner with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and develop process improvements.
• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and project outcomes.
• Serve as a versatile "utility player," ready to jump into urgent priorities across various functions like sales, operations, product, or marketing.

• 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a strategy/analyst role in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
