As the first Chief of Staff at Protégé, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a versatile problem-solver who can drive alignment and execution across the organization. You will be at the heart of our most important priorities, from strategic planning to hands-on operational support, ensuring we achieve our goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Partner with leadership to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
• Prepare compelling executive communications, board materials, and partner briefings.
• Serve as a versatile "utility player," ready to step into urgent priorities across various functions like operations, sales, product, marketing, or partnerships.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a strategy/analyst role in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing structured solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, and proactive.
• You are biased toward action, continuously scrappy, and treat those around you with kindness.

Bonus Attributes

• Experience in AI or data-driven industries.
• Prior exposure to startup or scale-up environments.
• Comfort with SQL, analytics tools, or low-code automation platforms.
