Description

As our first Solutions Engineer, you will be the key technical bridge between our customers, third-party vendors, and internal engineering teams. You'll lead integration projects, ensuring the smooth onboarding and successful implementation of our platform within healthcare organizations and AI workflows. This is a unique opportunity to directly shape how we deploy solutions and power real-world AI systems.

What You'll Be Driving

• Own the end-to-end pipeline from pre-sale to deal delivery, working directly with partners and customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and our internal teams (engineering, product, and sales).
• Create technical documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides.
• Advocate for customer needs to drive continuous product and process improvements.
• Solve complex problems creatively, knowing when to deliver a quick, tailored solution versus collaborating on a scalable, robust one.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to customers.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic tech landscape.
• You are curious, tenacious, and proactive, and comfortable finding patterns in ambiguous, complex environments.
• You are excited to work with large volumes of data.

Bonus Attributes

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with other cloud providers like GCP or Azure.
• Experience with Spark.
• Prior startup experience.
