Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in shaping our product and infrastructure from the ground up. You will own the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to production, focusing on both customer-facing features and backend system optimization. What You'll Be Driving

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across our stack, balancing rapid development with technical excellence.
• Identify and solve complex problems with creative, pragmatic solutions, knowing when to implement quick fixes versus long-term, scalable systems.
• Own projects from idea to production, including testing, deployment, and iteration based on user feedback.
• Shape our engineering culture and processes by introducing and iterating on best practices for code quality, collaboration, and scalability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• You are biased toward action and comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-paced environment that requires rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience with at least some of the following: Python, TypeScript, AWS, SQL, and data orchestrators.
• Excited by the challenge of moving, processing, and transforming large volumes of data.

Bonus Attributes

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with other cloud providers like GCP or Azure.
• Experience with Spark.
• Prior startup experience.
