You'll work with a passionate team to analyze customer data, create personalized campaigns, and optimize our CRM processes. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to drive real business results and contribute to building champion-level success.
What You'll Be Driving
- Participate in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, including creating and optimizing personalized offers and communications.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, determine churn factors, and develop prevention strategies.
- Perform A/B testing on business hypotheses to improve key metrics.
- Support and develop the team through training and motivation to achieve customer retention goals.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit
- At least 1 year of experience as a Junior CRM Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and experience with CRM tools.
- Proven analytical skills with experience in customer data analysis.
- Ability to implement innovative approaches and technologies to enhance customer retention processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
