Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to define and execute the global growth strategy for our AI and Web3 platform. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, community growth, and ecosystem expansion, working to position AIxBlock at the forefront of the industry.

What You'll Do

• Design & Execute Growth Strategy: Define and execute the global growth strategy for AIxBlock, focusing on user acquisition, community development, token adoption, and ecosystem expansion.
• Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with key industry players, including KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), VCs, exchanges, and developer groups to grow AIxBlock’s global footprint.
• Community Growth & Engagement: Oversee and implement strategies across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X to build and nurture a vibrant and loyal community.
• Events & Industry Presence: Spearhead high-impact events, including AMAs (Ask Me Anything), hackathons, and industry activations. You will position our executives as speakers at leading Web3 and AI conferences.
• Token Growth & Incentives: Design, launch, and optimize token-based incentive programs that drive sustainable adoption and long-term user retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business development teams to embed growth loops into the platform and ensure all efforts are aligned.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing campaigns and strategies comply with global Web3 regulations, including EU MiCA.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading growth for Web3 products or protocols, with a proven track record of increasing brand presence and scaling online communities.
• Network: A deep, active network of industry contacts, including KOLs, partners, and developer groups.
• Event Management: Proven expertise in managing and executing successful events, AMAs, and hackathons.
• Communication: Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with essential Web3 growth tools (e.g., Segment, Galxe, X Ads, Farcaster).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in an AI, blockchain, or developer-focused startup.
• A public-speaking track record at industry conferences or on podcasts.
