Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Presales Executive to join our team at AIxBlock. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong background in IT outsourcing sales, targeting international small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will be a key driver of new business opportunities, working closely with our technical and delivery teams to convert leads into successful, long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Business Development: Lead business development efforts for AIxBlock's services and outsourcing solutions in international markets.
  • Build a Client Portfolio: Focus on acquiring and growing a client portfolio of traditional, non-tech SMEs who are beginning or are in the midst of a digital transformation.
  • Execute Sales Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans with a focus on lead generation and deal conversion.
  • Client Engagement: Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients. You will be responsible for gathering their business needs and collaborating with our technical teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Support and follow up with clients throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Foster Relationships: Maintain long-term client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales outsourcing, with a focus on the international market.
  • Client Database: A strong, relevant client database and a demonstrated history of successful international sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in leveraging various tools and techniques for lead generation and contact data acquisition.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Work Ethic: The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
