Description
We are seeking a Founding Technical Marketing Manager to join the AIxBlock team. If you have a strong background in AI, automation, and developer tools, and are ready to apply your technical knowledge in a product marketing and community growth role, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do
- Developer Ecosystem Marketing & Community Activation: Help define and grow AIxBlock's presence within the developer and AI engineering communities. You will actively engage in hubs like Hugging Face, GitHub, Kaggle, Reddit, Dev.to, StackOverflow, and others by contributing to discussions, sharing demos, and building authentic relationships.
- Lead Technical Content & Campaigns: Own the strategy for all technical content and campaigns. You will propose and test creative ideas like Hugging Face datasets and Spaces, workflow templates, Kaggle competitions, and MCP-powered demos. Your goal is to help AIxBlock stand out while staying authentic to the developer audience.
- Coordinate with Content Teams: Work directly with our SEO team to ensure the technical accuracy of all blog content. You will translate complex product value into engaging, developer-native blog posts, tutorials, and documentation.
- Dev-First Events & Representation: Help organize and lead online and offline events, including hackathons and community calls. You will also represent AIxBlock by giving presentations and demos—live or recorded—to our core audience of AI builders and developers.
What We're Looking For
- AI/ML Technical Background: You have experience as an AI engineer or ML developer, and are familiar with model training workflows, data labeling, fine-tuning, and automation.
- Deep Awareness of Dev Hubs: You are an active participant in or have a deep understanding of developer hubs like Hugging Face, GitHub, Kaggle, Dev.to, and Reddit. Ideally, you have published something—a model, dataset, demo, or tutorial—that you can share with us during your interview.
- Builder Mindset: You think in systems and loops, understanding that a single publication isn't enough. You are a product-aware growth hacker who knows how to create distribution and visibility for technical audiences.
- Confident Technical Communicator: You can write, talk, and present clearly to developers. You are also comfortable shipping small demos when needed.
- Bonus Points: Experience hosting webinars, demo days, or speaking at technical events.
Skills and competencies show up in different forms and can be based on different experiences, so we strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't have all the requirements listed above.
