Description

bloXroute is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations Manager with strong expertise in using Hubspot CRM. This role will support our business team by optimizing processes, maintaining clean data, implementing automations, and delivering actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM (Go-To-Market) data and information systems, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Manage the CRM system, drive actionable process improvements, and empower the business team to achieve success.
  • Identify and integrate data sources while collaborating with development and product managers to build and maintain a single source of truth for operational data.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics systems to provide actionable insights that guide business strategy and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and product teams by offering data-driven recommendations and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity to ensure accurate and reliable insights for decision-making.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and project-based initiatives to optimize business performance and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management.
  • 2–3+ years of experience with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business models.
  • In-depth understanding of Hubspot CRM functionalities, including sales pipeline management, contact and deal creation, and reporting.
  • Experience with automation workflows, lead scoring, email tracking, and third-party tool integrations within Hubspot.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards and generating reports in Hubspot to analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Experience with managing sales tech stacks.
  • Advanced SQL skills for extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources for reporting, analysis, and data validation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
