Description

We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business growth. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You’ll be responsible for the entire funnel—from generating awareness and demand to optimizing conversion and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Own and execute a holistic growth plan across paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Manage Paid Acquisition: Oversee and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, focusing on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead quality.
  • Automate Marketing Programs: Design, build, and deploy cold outreach and nurture flows using tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Smartlead to move prospects efficiently through the funnel.
  • Lead Conversion Experiments: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and test landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead capture flows to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate actionable insights, and iterate quickly to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to ensure campaigns are fully aligned with business priorities and goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency with paid media platforms, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot).
  • Mindset: A data-driven decision-maker with a strong bias for action, a test-and-learn mentality, and sharp creative instincts.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to drive measurable growth and improve conversion metrics across the entire marketing funnel.
