Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of every release. Unlike other organizations that see QA as a blocker, we give our team members the power they need to do their job, including deciding what is ready for launch and what needs more work. You'll be involved at every step of the development process, from requirements capture and estimation to final testing and launch.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of testing (black box, white box, integration, and performance) on our web and mobile platforms.
• Create automated test cases for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Track and analyze automated tests to improve testing efficiency.
• Track and record product issues, analyze problems, and provide feedback to relevant personnel.
• Share test-related information with other team members.
• Develop automated tests and test frameworks.
• Improve our Continuous Integration pipeline.
• Identify and execute on opportunities to improve or establish quality processes.
• Help automate all aspects of the software engineering process.
• Write test plans and test cases and produce test reports according to feature requirements.
• Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios.
• Review designs and code and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously develop your own skills and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of testing experience.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Web, Android, and iOS manual testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Postman and Chrome console.
• Familiarity with various types of tests (functional, integration, regression, stress, and API).
• Experience in developing and running a Continuous Integration system.
• Familiarity with automation testing knowledge for REST APIs and Mobile UI/Functions.
• Familiarity with MS SQL/MySQL.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Jira/Jenkins would be advantageous.
