  • Strong modeling and texturing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfort working from concept and without detailed guidance.
  • Knowledge of a variety of asset creation types, including hard surface and organic modeling, as well as material creation.
  • The ability to work to requirements and budgets.
  • Ability to author an asset through all stages of the creation pipeline.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and incorporate feedback.
  • The ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly.

  • Prior experience in a 3D art role within the games industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Rust.
  • Experience with the Unity game engine.
  • Fan of Rust / survival games.
  • Experience creating DLC content.

Skills and competencies show up in different forms and can be based on different experiences, so we strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't have all the requirements listed above.
