Description

We're on the hunt for a talented Senior Go Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and optimizing high-load services and developing new features from scratch. You'll collaborate closely with our Tech Lead and 8 backend engineers, as well as game developers and infrastructure teams, to design, implement, and refine backend services that seamlessly scale across all Playrix games.

What You'll Do

• Work with your team to enhance the developer experience in Golang, including creating microservice templates and SDKs.
• Develop robust services for various gaming projects and build essential tools for game management.
• Actively participate in the design of service architecture, contributing to scalable and efficient systems.
• Ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Assist in technical interviews and help define the hiring standards for engineers on your team.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years in backend development, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to Go (including designing and developing services from scratch).
• Proven experience developing high-load projects.
• Solid experience in architecture development, including creating new services and describing database schemas.
• A strong commitment to ensuring high-quality code development through unit and integration tests.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, along with the ability to design effective database structures.
• A fundamental understanding of network operations (TCP/IP, DNS).

Bonus Points For

• User-level proficiency with AWS and Docker.
• Experience working with orchestrators like Nomad or Kubernetes.
• A good understanding of CI/CD practices (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins).
